Roast Duck with Apples
Duck rubbed with salt, sugar, paprika and chilli and roasted on apples.
Steps
1. Mix the salt, sugar, paprika and pepper and rub the duck with it, inside and along the sides too.
2. Put the apples on the bottom and the duck on top.
3. Roast at 180 °C, basting all the time.
