Ingredients: 4 kg cucumbers; 200 g vinegar; 200 g vegetable oil; 200 g sugar; 100 g salt; 2 tsp pepper; 1 tbsp mustard powder; 2 tbsp garlic; by eye dried dill seeds

Sliced cucumbers in a marinade with mustard and garlic, left for six hours, then sterilised.

Steps

1. Slice the cucumbers.
2. Pour the marinade over them and leave for 6 hours.
3. Pack into jars and sterilise for 15 minutes.
