Salmon in Sour Cream Sauce
Salmon fried in egg and simmered in a sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise and herbs. Served with potatoes.
Steps
1. Fry the salmon in egg, not too much, just until it has a crust.
2. Put the mayonnaise and sour cream in a pan and add water so the sauce will cover the fish.
3. Bring to the boil and add salt, garlic, Vegeta and plenty of parsley and dill.
4. As soon as it boils, add the fish and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
5. Serve with potatoes.
