Hake Rolls in Ketchup and Mayonnaise
Hake fillet rolls with an onion, bread and cheese filling, stewed under a ketchup and mayonnaise sauce.
Steps
1. Fry the onion, add cubes of stale bread and, at the end, a little grated cheese. Let it cool a little.
2. Beat the fillets flat, salt and pepper them, put the filling on top and roll them up.
3. Fry the rolls lightly in flour and egg.
4. Put them in a cast-iron pot with a splash of water on the bottom and pour ketchup mixed with mayonnaise over the top.
5. Stew over low heat for 15 minutes.
6. Once cool, take off the threads and cut into pieces.
