Ingredients: 3 kg aubergines; 2 kg red peppers; 1.5–2 hot peppers; 1 glass sugar; 1 glass sunflower oil; 1 glass vinegar; 1 tbsp salt; 1 glass garlic

Aubergine rings cooked in a sauce of minced red and hot peppers with garlic.

Steps

1. Slice the aubergines into rings.
2. Mince the red and hot peppers and the garlic; mix in the rest.
3. Cook for 40 minutes.
