Prague Cake
A chocolate cake made with condensed milk, filled with a cream of cooked custard and butter with cocoa.
Steps
1. Mix the batter, divide it in two and bake 2 layers at 180 °C. Test with a toothpick: no batter should stick to it.
2. Let the layers cool and cut each in half horizontally.
3. For the first part of the cream, mix the egg with the flour, gradually pouring in the milk, bring to the boil and let it cool.
4. For the second part, rub the butter with the sugar and cocoa and mix it with the custard.
5. You can soak the layers with sharp jam first.
6. Spread the layers with the cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Keep the cake somewhere cold.
