“Monastery Hut” Cake
Cherry-filled tubes of sour cream pastry with a sour cream cream.
Steps
1. Knead the dough and divide it into 15 pieces.
2. Roll each into a strip, lay cherries along it and roll it into a tube.
3. Bake at 180 °C.
4. Whisk the sour cream with the sugar.
