Carrot Cake
Three layers with grated carrot, filled with sour cream whipped with sugar.
Steps
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
2. Add the finely grated carrot, slaked soda and flour.
3. Bake 3 layers at 180 °C.
4. Whip the sour cream with sugar and spread it between the layers.
